GOD has surely given you the gift of writing, well done. I don't have kids or wife, but I still follow Christ example of manhood. I pray daily for a wife, it leaves me very sad to be alone. SEMPER FI,
"My power is made perfect in weakness" 2 Corin 12. Don't lose heart. If it helps, quit social media and focus on God. When you focus on God, you will shine. Pslam 19, "The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes.", And Numbers 6:24 "the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;". This is the will of God for us. What happens when we shine? We will attract people just like she does. To me, sacrificing myself in serving others will me shine most, just like you did as your profile photo suggested. "Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame."Romans 10:11. We are Godly men if we follow Him.
Sorry to bother you, I am looking for anyone who has the gift of healing. If that is something you believe in and know anyone, I would appreciate any leads. I need to be healed from arthritis and diverticulosis. “ You have not because you ask not”. Im asking. Thanks
R.R. Reno, the Christian (Catholic) author and social critic, wrote this in the final chapter of his recent book ‘Return of the Strong Gods’ (the title refers to transcendental shared beliefs that give societies cohesion): “The strong gods are not golden idols or characters in ancient mythologies…They are whatever has the power to inspire love - love of the divine, love of truth, love of country, love of family…But love is always eccentric. It impels us outside ourselves, breaking the boundaries of me-centered existence. Love seeks to unite with and rest in that which is loved…
This is so true - When I was a child, my mother said I was an idiot to want to marry a hero, because heroes are all over the places and on top of that, they often die prematurely. Their lives serve higher purposes, and for that very reason, they cannot take good care of their own families. Their parents worry about them, their wives concern for their safety, their children admire them in wistfulness.

Jesus is our prototype and pattern. The one we should pattern our lives after.but not only that he provides. What he starts he finishes
Well said. Glad to see other aspiring writers who notice it.
I like to say the Gospel is the best fantasy romance, but I never liked the annoying rebellious heroine until I realised it was I.
Hero’s comes and go…. but legends. Legends never die. I am XtrOrdinary.
On the final note : Thank you Alice for opening my eyes
Praying that our heavenly Father bless you 🙏🏻
