"Divine Femininity"—The New Age Counterfeit of Daughters of God
A daughter of God carries the rich-girl mindset: "Whatever I do, however hard I try, I could never surpass the riches my Father provides—so why hustle in vain? Intimacy with Daddy is more effective."
Godly women have a specific “look” on their faces.
That “look” distinguishes them from daughters of Satan and the professed daughters of God.
Not all Christian women live in the identity as His daughter—Martha didn’t, but Mary did.
Did Martha not love Jesus? She did—well, sort of.
First of all, what does loving God even mean?
“He who keeps My Commandments is he who loves Me.” John 14:21
“If you love Me, you’ll keep My Commandments.” John 14:15
Period.
Martha was wearied by so many things and did not keep Jesus’s commandment: seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.
Martha was the unfruitful thorny ground the seed was sowed into—choked by the worries and riches of the world.
Most people don’t even go as far as Martha did—they are the stony ground, receiving the Word with joy, but they lack the depth of soil, and the seed dries out when the sun scorches.
So what’s the difference of Mary, Martha’s sister?
Mary was a daughter. I haven’t met her in person yet, but I’m sure she, too, had that “look” on her face.
Just as Jezebel-possessed women all share the same Instagram look, Spirit-led women also have the same “look.”
The look of faith, hope, peace, and joy.
The look of resilience, persistence, and perseverance.
The look of sincerity and integrity.
The look of focus, confidence, kindness, and wisdom.
The look of discernment.
The look fixed upon the future and above circumstances.
The look of divine revelations and connections.
The look that they are in the world but not of this world.
The look of transcending love, vision, and compassion.
The cleanness and steadfastness in the eyes.
The glow of her countenance.
The cheerful smile from the purity of her heart, and the serene presence of her God-fearing spirit.
She would not be called “hot,” “sexy,” or merely “pretty.”
Beautiful is the daughter of God—
not about the shape of her eyes or nose,
not about her posture or etiquette,
not about her outfit or jewelry,
not about her professionally blow-dried hair or French nails—
she is beautiful, ethereal, glorious.
I hate when people withhold compliments for beauty and call ugly beautiful— it’s either hypocrisy or swallowed jealousy.
“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20

Beauty comes from Light
You can’t help but exclaim—“You're so beautiful!”—to a daughter of God.
Even if you withhold the words, your eyes follow.
For her beauty comes from her light, and where light shines, the eyes behold.
The light shines in darkness, and the darkness—
though it comprehends not—
is drawn to light.
So where does that light come from?
From eternal life—
for eternity shines through ephemerality,
and the everlasting shames the fading.
From the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ—
Who lives not just in her, but through her—
for she, once a sinner,
has died to herself and to sin.
From her comings and goings,
from every little choice made each day
when no one watches.
From discipline and focus,
temperance and abstinence,
fasting and prayer,
repentance and worship,
loving and forgiving,
serving and nurturing.
Yes, you can perceive spirituality from physicality, but most lack the discernment,
the knowledge, the understanding to know what to look for or how.
Look at the countenance, not the shape.
Perceive the presence, not the silhouette.
Detect the energy, not the speech.
Observe the moves, not the words.
Scrutinize the character, not the personality.
Deep calls to deep (Psalm 42:7)—if you are fertile soil with depth, you will recognize her.
But if you’re stony ground, or thorny ground (Matthew 13), you’ll be deceived—fooled by the lust of your eyes and the lust of your flesh (1 John 2:16).
“And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands; whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.” Ecclesiastes 8:10
The heart of a lioness
Daughters of God cast a unique fear upon their husbands—
She would hammer a tent spike into a man’s skull as he slept, just like the woman in Judges 4:17-22, should the need arise.
Or more likely—she would simply cry out to her Heavenly Father, and somehow her prayers are always answered, even speedily.
So perhaps you’re not ready to marry a daughter of God.
And in His mercy, He makes you wait—sparing you from being cast into the valley of the shadow of death should you ever wrong her.
I saw posts written by men about most men not being worthy of a Proverbs 31 woman—true, just like most women are not Proverbs 31 woman, and by no means they could ever be—because they cannot commit to that transformation.
The light comes from intimacy with the Lord, and intimacy comes from devotion.
The demons mocked the man who tried to cast them out in Jesus’ name, saying,
“Jesus we know, Paul we know, but who are you?” Acts 19:15
In Greek, those two knows are different words—this know in “Paul we know” means, by his association with Jesus, we know him.
The enemy fears only those who Jesus knows because He is the source of the power, and power is ordained according to our intimacy with Him.
